Lifestyle | Non Dairy Snack Bowls.

I was so tempted to call this a smoothie bowl but technically that would've been false advertisement and this is more like a deconstructed smoothie bowl (can you tell I watch faaaar too much masterchef?)

Over the last few months I have become a smoothie addict (thanks mainly due to the Breville bottle blender meaning no mess as i don't fancy cleaning out a used juicer each morning) as I can prep them whenever and have it ready to chug in 30 seconds and to mix things up a bit I decided to layer Alpo Soya Almond yoghurt with chia, pumpkin and flax seeds, almonds, blueberries and raspberries. Its super yummy and surprisingly filling. I swear, I eat way way way more now I eat 'clean' than I ever did before. Well, I'm not complaining!
